• The sale price displayed on the Website is in Japanese Yen and includes consumption tax (Japan's value-added tax). Whereby the Users shall purchase the Website Point (T-Point) from Japanese Yen the use T-Point for purchase product in the Website.
• All payments on the Website will be calculated in Japanese Yen Currency.
• If you use a non-Japanese credit card, the exchange rate set by your credit card provider will apply.

Remark:

Website points can be purchased using the payment methods listed above.

• Our products, including discontinued items, are available for browser viewing indefinitely. (except when there is a removal request from the content holders).
• Please be aware that if a website account is deleted, all points linked to that account will be forfeited.

• Due to the nature of the product, completed purchases cannot be refunded or canceled.
• Website points (T-Point) used in a completed transaction are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

1. If the product is not accessible for download, an investigation will be initiated. If the product is determined to be defective and remains unresolved, a refund (T-Point) will be issued within 14 days of the purchase. Please note that any fees associated with processing this refund (such as telecommunication charges) will be the responsibility of the User.
2. If purchased website points do not appear in your account within 24 hours, please contact us using the method provided above.
3. The company is not responsible for providing support for issues related to the User's operating environment.
